Beyond his research, Feynman was a captivating teacher and communicator. He taught at Caltech, where his lectures became legendary for their clarity and enthusiasm. His books, including Surely You’re Joking, Mr. Feynman! and The Feynman Lectures on Physics, made science accessible and entertaining.

Feynman’s curiosity extended beyond physics—he explored biology, art, and even played the bongos. He was also part of the Rogers Commission investigating the Challenger disaster, where he famously demonstrated the failure of an O-ring using ice water.
